自发性食管破裂40例治疗效果观察

目的探讨自发性食管破裂的治疗效果。方法40例自发性食管破裂患者，根据治疗方法不同分为手术组21例和支架组19例，比较两组治疗转归情况。结果食管自发性破裂至救治时间12h以内病死率明显低于12h以上(χ2=6.22，P＜0.05)，手术组病死率明显高于支架组(χ2=6.54，P＜0.05)。结论应强调力争食管破裂时间12小时内救治的重要性，覆膜金属支架置入在自发性食管破裂治疗中比手术修补破口效果更确切可靠。
